What are Muvzilla´s operating hours?
Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 08.00 AM to 06.00 PM.
How are businesses added to Muvzilla?
Companies apply via form for Muvzilla, our experts then review the companies. After that, the companies are added.
How we control the quality of work?
Through the ratings, which customers can submit after the work is done, there is ongoing quality control. In addition, we are in constant exchange with our partners.
What payment methods are allowed?
In principle, all common payment methods (invoice, bank transfer, credit card and Twint) are permitted. However, the sovereignty over payments is incumbent on the service partners, therefore the means of payment may vary depending on the partner.
How can I submit a rating?
Reviews are basically done via Google, if you want to tell us something personally, you are welcome to do so by email or phone.
How does a partner get the Pro Badge over?
The Pro Badge and its use is open to any partner. It is a commitment of the partners to the Muvzilla quality standards and shows that they believe in the common goals.
