Muvzilla publishes an annual ranking of the world’s top 15 retirement destinations in 2022, compiled by a group of experts (Live and Invest Overseas).
The index focuses on 15 locations in 15 countries and gives precise data to assist retirees in making more educated choices.
Destinations are ranked according to 13 criteria: cost of living, health care, entertainment, recreation, English language proficiency, expat community, infrastructure (Internet, electricity, domestic access), access to North America, environmental factors, crime, real estate restrictions, residency, and taxes.
According to experts, everyone should consider retiring overseas.
“With the strength of the US dollar, Euro, and Swiss franc, now is the time to take your hard-earned retirement savings and grow them even further in another country, while also benefiting from warmer temperatures, lower costs of living, and unlimited opportunities for adventure.”
“We appreciate that relocating to another nation is a significant effort. We’ve built a transparent index that provides thorough information to assist retirees in making informed future decisions through careful surveys given to our readers, methodical measurement capabilities, and our personal experience going to more than 75 nations.”
